ABOUT CENTRAL TEXAS CERTIFIED DEVELOPMENT COMPANY

CTCDC is a public non-profit corporation created in 1982 for the purpose of facilitating Public Sector Financing Programs in Texas.  CTCDC consists of representatives from area banks, businesses, community and governnmental organizations.  Through public sector financing programs, CTCDC participates in stimulating the economic growth and development of the Texas communities it serves by creating or retaining jobs and expanding the local tax base.

CTCDC is certified by the Small Business Administration to administer its 504 Loan Program.  The 504 loan program enables small businesses to access long term capital markets for financing at or below the prevailing market rates typically offered by conventional bank financing.  CTCDC also administers an Economic Development Administration Revolving Loan Fund Program.  Through its public sector financing programs, CTCDC offers one of the best long term financing structures available to most small businesses for continued growth and expansion.

SBA 504 PROGRAM

The SBA 504 Loan Program is the Small Business Administration's economic development financing program that helps America's small businesses grow while benefiting communities through tax base expansion, business growth and job creation.  Loans are available for most types of small, for-profit businesses to purchase and/or renovate capital assets including land, buildings and long term economic life equipment.  504 borrowers enjoy long term fixed rate financing with low down payments.


EDA RLF PROGRAM

The EDA Revolving Loan Fund Program is the Economic Development Administration's economic development financing program that helps America's small businesses grow while benefiting communities through tax base expansion, business growth and job creation.  Loans are available for most types of small, for-profit businesses to purchase and/or renovate capital assets including land, buildings and equipment or to finance working capital needs such as inventory and accounts receivable.
